So my name is Donnjay and I’ve never been one to take time out of my day. To fill out a survey questionnaires for a company,….let alone an individual/employee. Especially when I don’t know the company or individual personally. However when it comes down to shopping around for car insurance. I really don’t have the patience to sit and listen to someone trying to explain every single detail. In regards to what I need and want. Plus I feel like car insurance companies are always trying to swindle or somewhat manipulate the customer into shit they don’t actually need. Let alone keep me on the phone for hours as if my time is not valuable. With all that being said A very good friend of mine recommended that I speak to a young lady name Hannah Visconti. Whom is an agent from STATE FARM Insurance Company. Seeing that I just purchased two vehicles 1 used and 1 new,….I was looking for the best and cheapest or affordable car insurance for both my vehicles. And I gotta admit, as well as say that Hannah really took care of me without beating around the bush and getting straight to the point as well as finding me every discount she could find. Not only that but this agent really knows her stuff,…..meaning, after getting frustrated with different car insurance companies and agents. She honestly made me feel like (State Farm) family by taking her time with me and making me feel comfortable within the conversation to move forward. She did not over talk me and actually listened to my every need as well as want,… in regards to the type of insurance plan that I was looking for and would work for me. Hannah also kept my plan within the budget that worked best for me. So I felt that it was only right for me to take time out of my day to sit down and complete or shall I say right a survey to let any and everyone know that if you’re looking for any type of car insurance or Life Insurance to try your best to get in contact with Hannah Visconti From (State Farm) insurance. Oakley California location to be exact. Enclosing, and in my personal opinion, this particular agent needs to be recognized for her hard work. And (State Farm) should feel very lucky/honored to have someone like Agent Hannah Visconti working for them. I’d give her 10 ⭐️’s if I could and will be recommending her to all my family and friends.
